Service provision period:We will provide the service on your booked date after payment confirmation.

Regarding cancellations and changes:

Cancellation 31 days before the start of lessons: full refund
Cancellations made 15-30 days before the start of instruction: 80% refund
Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the start date: 50 per cent refund
Cancellations made 2-7 days prior to the start of lessons: 20% refund
Cancellations one day or more after the start of teaching: non-refundable

When refunds are issued, the amount will be net of bank transfer fees.

Regarding returns:Due to the nature of the service, we are unable to accept returns or refunds after they have been provided.
